How can I close my Swedish bank account?

I lived in Sweden for a period of time, and while I was there I opened a bank account with Swede Bank in Landskrona.

I returned to the UK and did not close the account before I left. cannont remember if there is any money in the account, and the bank card I have has expired and I cannot remember the pin number.

I was wondering if there is a UK branch I can write to, or whether I need to contact the head office in Sweden with my details. I would appreciate any help you can give me so that I can close the account.

The London branch of Swedbank is at:

    Swedbank House
    42 New Broad Street
    London, EC2M 1SB
    Phone: 020 72566000

It might be easier if you wrote to your own branch.

    The Landskrona branch is at

    Swedbank Landskrona
    Järnvägsgatan 9,
    261 32 Landskrona

The phone number is (0)418-570 00

You can email them at landskrona [at] swedbank.se
