Ray Boulger
Nationally celebrated mortgage guru Ray Boulger joined John Charcol in 1989 as a consultant and has been technical manager, then senior technical manager for 10 years. Ray, now 63, has spent all his working life in financial services, initially with a firm of chartered accountants and then 18 years as a stockbroker. He was a founding member of the board of the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) and remains on the board today.

Anna Bowes
