Heritable Bank, the specialist savings provider, is launching today its first online easy access savings account – known as “Online Saver” - at a rate of 6.51% AER (variable). 

Interest can be paid annually or monthly to suit the customer. The interest rate applicable to the annual interest payment option is 6.51% gross pa/AER and for the monthly interest option 6.32% gross pa/6.51% AER, both of which include a 0.61% gross pa bonus payable for the first 12 months.

The interest rate has a lifetime guarantee to match or better the Bank of England base rate. No notice is needed for withdrawals, and customers can take advantage of unlimited penalty-free withdrawals online.
