Could Henry be right about house prices in 2012?

It was interesting to note that property expert Henry Pryor is forecasting a 10% average fall in house prices over the coming 12 months. Can he be wrong? It looks to me like the stats are all on his side so I'm afraid my money's on a fall than a recovery any time soon.
