    Simon Conn set up overseas mortgage specialists Conti Financial Services in 1994. He was managing director until October 2007, when the company merged with Anchor Mortgages. Simon has just stepped down as sales and marketing director of the merged group, but remains a consultant to the firm. Although Simon is a qualified IFA across all areas of finance, his main strength and experience lies in arranging finance on holiday homes and investment and retirement properties in more than 45 countries across the globe.
